West Virginia Man Charged with Same Sex Dog Rape

Police say a Marion County man broke into a Farmington home and had sex with the homeowner's dog.
A woman called police Wednesday after she went by a friend's Wiley Street home to drop something off while her friend was at work and found a man inside, according to a complaint filed in Marion Magistrate Court.
Sierra Hayhurst told police she found the front door of her friend's home standing open and she could see the man, later identified as Christopher Bagwell, 26, of Mannington, standing behind the homeowner's male Australian shepherd border collie mix, the complaint said.
Bagwell was holding the dog up on a chair and Bagwell's pants were down around his ankles, the complaint said.

Charges of Animal Cruelty must be placed against this man-along with a jail sentence, and then probation.
A Mental Health Evaluation will more than likely be done to establish the presumed mental status at th time of the crime and his ability to have known right from wrong. I wonder what his IQ is and level of functioning, overall.
I also feel this may be a common practice-folkways, for him and others in close association. I also realize I could be absolutely wrong about associates, but he also may have been sexually abused himself.
In summary, charges of Animal Cruelty, charges, a mental health evaluation, jail sentence, then probation-and NO Animals-might be a start. Let any mental health counselling be done in jail.
